We sell solid wood chairs, upholstered chairs with either a fabric faux leather or genuine leather.

Wood chairs can be easily wiped down and cleaned, making them a good choice for families with children or pets.

Also, wood chairs they are quite durable and ideal for chairs that get a lot of use, in a kitchen for example.  But we’ve also seen them purchased for dining situations.

Fabric chairs the advantage is the design and comfort you can add to the chairs. Fabric is a comfortable and breathable material, so fabric chairs are comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. Fabric comes in a wide range of colors and patterns, so it is easy to find a fabric chair that adds some flair to your décor.

We sell either cherry, maple or oak.  The maple tends to be either wormy maple or smooth maple.  There are over 50 fabrics to choose from.

Yes, you can.  Although we do offer a great amount of chair fabrics, so hopefully you won’t have to.

Fabric is often more affordable than leather.  It comes in a wider variety of colors and patterns, so it is easier to find one that matches your dining room decor.

The faux leather options look very close to real leather now, so it really is a good alternative.  With real leather there can be little holes or imperfections in the leather, so if you are looking for closer to perfection, maybe faux leather is a better option for you.  And of course, faux leather is less expensive.

The chairs do not have a stain resistant coating. They stopped using the chemical coating it is not good for you.  Also chairs that have it, you must keep reapplying it because it does break down. If do apply on your own, it can impact the pile/fabric and it voids the chair warranty.

You cannot customize the size of the chair.  With the chair there are many options, and it’s best to pick the chair style size that works best for you.  We have customized chair size in the past and it didn’t work out.

Yes, for a charge you can do a different fabric on the back of the chair.  There is no extra charge for that.

With Handstone nailheads are available on the following chairs: Catalina, Cordova, Cumberland, Hapton, Modena, Monticello, Portland, Jefferson and on Catalina beds.  Nailheads on the back cost $35 per chair.  Nailheads around the seat $35, Nailheads on the back and around the seat $70.
